The UC system PAC was the single largest contributor to Obama, an international socialist and neo-Marxist who, during the campaign, said the US Constitution needs to be re-written because our founding fathers were “blind” in their vision for America. Now the UC alumni association wants me to contribute $ to help bankrupt Kalifornia. I suggest they go to the PAC or “the savior” himself. What’s happening in Kalifornia right now may soon be happening to the U.S. Vote freedom first! UC grad, ‘69.

Hi this is summer,I am the daughter of Kerri tillman which is the sister of Gnu, and well gary is sitting on a shelf in my grandparents house. well we’re thinking of letting him go at the colorado river.

This Is Ashley. My aunt Kerri Tillman, which is Gary Tillmans sister, would like to say thank you for posting this. We found earlier today after a friend told her about it. We miss him dearly. Kerris daughter summer is also here and even though she didn’t get to meet him, she misses him also.
We think about him each and everyday.
We love you Gary. We miss you!

These water heaters are very common in many poorer countries. My in-laws in Paraguay have one. Also common in poorer countries is ‘ungrounded’ electrical currents. With all of our knowledge and technology, however, this was avoidable.

Actually, if I recall correctly, most of our money has gone to our VERY IMPRESSIVE sports team.

Thanks for passing that fee increase Tritons. Over 60% of our school came out to vote on that issue…I believe that’s the largest number ever to vote on a school related issue. I think our UCSD Student Council Presidential elections only get maybe 40% of us to vote.

In the jury selection process, we always forget that lawyers already have a preset notion of what kind of juror they’re looking for. This is true for all selections.

We know what we want, now we’re just trying to find someone who fits into that.

Evidently in this action, they did not wish to have someone who was smart enough to confuse the rest of the jury. And let’s be honest here, I’ve been witness to many a jury selection and jury trial and the people who make up a large part of the panel are morons. They are swayed by fiery rants instead of pure methodical logic.

In short, you probably didn’t get picked because you seemed too knowledgeable. And that’s sad.

And if an attorney can steer you from your opinion, it wasn’t that strong to begin with. *pats little chemist lady*

Their job is to persuade, and god forbid they get a juror who isn’t easily swayed.
